ELIGIBILITY

• Open only to artists in Lane County, including members of the Emerald Art Center.

• Two categories: Youth Category (to 18 years); Open Category (over 18 years).

• People’s Choice winner can also be a winner of the Youth Category or Open Category.

 

DETAILS

• Requirement: Art must be original and two-dimensional. Photographs and digital art

  accepted.

• Size: Up to 24”W x 30”H, vertical format only (square format is encouraged).

• Limit: Two entries per artist; submitted by digital photography (see below, Entry Form,

  “What to Include”)

• Finalists are chosen and put on display at Emerald Art Center, 500 Main Street, Springfield (during February 2020), where the People’s

 

Choice Award is chosen.

• Finalists: If chosen, your artwork must be submitted framed and ready for display, and picked up at the end of the display period (see “Display Period” on Entry Form below)

• Artists retain ownership of artwork.

• NOTE: Amici musicians play piano, cello, viola, & violin.

   

DEADLINE: Submit on or before Friday, January 10, 2019.

DISPLAY PERIOD

Finalists’ work will be on display as follows:

• Emerald Art Center, February 2020

• Cascade Manor, March and April 2020

 

OPENING RECEPTION: Friday, February 14, 2020, 5:30 PM,
